Check out this guy! 105 years old and setting running records. Japan has over 50,000 citizens over 100 years old. What’s the secret? I think it’s a couple things: green tea, ginseng, diets rich in seafood and fresh vegetables, meditation, martial arts, just to name a few gems to come from the East. What are your thoughts?
